The business of the meeting will include:

• report on activities in 2019/2020
• audited financial statements
• elections to Board of Trustees
• approval of changes to the United Way Winnipeg By-Laws

Copies of the 2019/20 Audited Financial Statements will be available on our website or on request by contacting United Way Winnipeg’s office.

The report of the Nominating Committee as to its nominations for trustees will be available on our website during the 30-day period immediately preceding the AGM.

Clause 5:04(b) of Revised Bylaw No.1 reads:

“A nomination for Trustee of any individual not nominated as such in a report of the Nominating Committee shall be in writing signed by at least five members, and shall be received by the Secretary no less than twenty-five (25) days prior to the annual meeting at which such nomination is to be presented, together with a statement in writing signed by such nominee indicating a willingness to serve as Trustee if elected.”
